  • Do you have a store in my town?

    No, we work mainly on the Internet in order to keep costs down.

    However, you are welcome to visit our New York showroom if you want to see some loose diamonds or commission a piece of jewelry.

  • Where is your showroom?

    In New York; you will be welcomed by certified gemologists and our jewelry designers.

Orders and Finger Size

  • Can I order a diamond or a piece of jewelry on your website?

    Yes, of course; you can put items in the basket on our website and follow the order process.

  • Can you engrave my ring?

    Yes, of course; we can engrave the text of your choice inside your ring free of charge. The text must not be too long.

    Please note that products that have been engraved cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • How do I find my finger size?

    You can find your finger size by clicking on this link: Find your Ring Size

  • What happens if I have not ordered the right finger size for my ring?

    Every customer has the right to one free resizing; simply send the ring back to us so that we can change the finger size.

    There will be a charge for any subsequent resizings.

    Note that the finger size cannot be changed on diamond eternity rings.

  • Do you make custom jewelry?

    Yes, of course; please email us a photo of the piece of jewelry you want to have made and we will send a quote as soon as possible.

    Custom-made jewelry cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Do you accept international orders?

    Yes, payment must be made by bank transfer.

Our Loose Diamonds and Jewelry

  • Are your diamonds natural?

    Yes, all of the diamonds offered on our website are natural and have not been processed.

    Each diamond is sold with an independent gemological certificate.

  • Do your diamonds come from legitimate sources?

    Yes, we guarantee that the diamonds we sell to you come from legitimate sources.

    The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions.

    Info Diamond hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.

  • How can I be sure that I will receive the diamond I ordered?

    If you bought a diamond with the certificate number laser-engraved on its girdle, you can simply look and compare the inscription on the diamond with the certificate number to be sure that it is the right diamond and the right gemological certificate.

    If the diamond is not laser-engraved, you can ask a professional in your area to check the diamond and gemological certificate for you.

  • How and where is my jewelry made?

    Our jeweler will make your jewelry by hand, so it will be made entirely in the USA.


  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept credit and debit card payments via PayPal and bank transfers.

    Payment by bank transfer is required for orders over $3,000.00.

  • When will my card be charged?

    It will be charged at the time of payment for the order.

  • I do not live in the USA, how can I pay for my order?

    By bank transfer only.


  • Can I return my order if it does not suit me?

    Yes, of course, you have 10 days to return the item to us and receive a refund. This is only valid for U.S. customers whose items were delivered in the USA, and the refund is limited to a maximum of two returns per customer.

    Items shipped outside of the USA are not refundable.

    To return an item to us, please follow this process:

    Contact our customer service department by e-mail or phone and inform them that you wish to return an item.

    Within 2-3 days, we will send you an e-mail with a prepaid insured FedEx label and instructions on how to return the item to us.

    Upon receipt of the package and after checking the items, we will refund the amount of your purchase within 20 days.

    Special orders or jewelry created from the customer's design are not refundable.

    Please note that products that have been engraved (text engraving) cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled are not refundable.

    If you have lost the gemological certificate, we will charge you $200.00 to replace the certificate; this cost will be deducted from the refund and/or will be billed to you.

  • We have bought a diamond from you but the return deadline has expired, can you buy it back?

    In this case, we do not buy the diamond back directly, but we offer you the opportunity to put your diamond up for sale on our website at a price that suits you. There will be no cost to you.


  • Is my package insured?

    Yes, we fully insure each order.

  • What carrier do you use for shipping?

    We use FedEx; they will deliver your order directly to your address.

  • When will it be delivered?

    The delivery time is indicated on the description page for each item.

    The delivery period starts from the date of receipt of payment for the order.

  • I would like to place an international order, what is the procedure?

    Info Diamond ships internationally via FedEx International Priority at a flat rate of $150.00. All shipments are fully insured during transit.

    Wire transfers are required for all international orders.

    Info Diamond does not charge sales tax to international orders.

    You are responsible for any customs tax or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance. The customer must pay any additional charges for customs clearance if any. Info Diamond has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

    Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.

    Please note that Info Diamond reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you immediately.

  • What happens if my package is lost during shipping?

    We will refund the full amount of your purchase.

  • What is the cost of shipping?

    Shipping is free for delivery within the USA.

  • Can you ship my order to a different address than the billing address?

    Yes of course.

Privacy and Security

  • Is purchasing on your website secure?

    Yes. Info Diamond ensures that our customers' purchases are secure. We use Paypal for a payment by credit or debit cards.

    Whether you’re buying, selling, or transferring money, you get an extra layer of security when you use PayPal. That’s because all your financial information (like your credit card number) is securely stored and encrypted on our servers, so you don’t need to share your financial information with the person you’re buying from.

  • Can my personal data be sent to a third party?

    We keep your information 100% private and confidential.
