These Terms govern the contract to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions stipulated in any other communication or document unless expressly agreed in writing by Info Diamond.
Info Diamond reserves the right to vary the content of these Terms from time to time, with any changes being published on the Website. However, such variations will not affect any Contract between Info Diamond and you.
Continued use of the Website, or any of its services will signify that you agree to any such changes.
We may correct any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any information on the Website or in any email or other document or communication issued by Info Diamond without incurring any liability on our part.
If any clause or part of a clause in these Terms is held by any Court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, such clause or part shall be severed and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the Products by us.
Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these Terms or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any Products offered for sale by us.
Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
By using the Info Diamond website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Product Details
The Products displayed on our Website are not shown to actual size nor are their images binding as to detail. Some Products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other Products may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item, and your attention is drawn to the Product details and content where given.
All Products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of a change in the specification or quality of the goods ordered we will offer you a substitute item of the same or better quality for the same price, which you shall be entitled to reject.
The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. Info Diamond hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
All the diamonds listed on this website are 100% Natural.
All individual diamonds above 0.40 carat on this website are accompanied with a gemological certificate from an independent laboratory.
Subscriptions sold on our website are valid only for the duration that was purchased: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. The subscription will automatically stop at the end of this period. This is not a recurring payment.
2. Payment
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods (for an US delivery):
- By Credit Card (Secured Payment). Available if total amount of the order is < to $3,500.00.
- By Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay.
- By Bank redirects: Giropay, Sofort, iDeal, EPS, P24, Bancontact, etc... Not available for all countries and currencies.
- By Bank Transfer
3. Delivery
Delivery will be made by FedEx to the address specified in the Order Confirmation. Info Diamond reserves the right to restrict the delivery of Products to certain areas.
We fully insure each order. That means that your order shipment is always risk-free. For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery of your Info Diamond orders. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt.
The delivery time is indicated on the description page for each item.
The delivery period starts from the date of receipt of payment for the order.
For International order:
- Info Diamond ships internationally via FedEx International Priority at a flat rate of $200.00. All shipments are fully insured during transit.
- Wire transfers are required for all international orders.
- Info Diamond does not charge sales tax to international orders.
- You are responsible for any customs tax or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance. The customer must pay any additional charges for customs clearance if any. Info Diamond has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
- Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.
- Please note that Info Diamond reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you immediately.
4. Return Policy
Due to the nature of online shopping not allowing a buyer to touch and visually inspect the item they are purchasing, Info Diamond offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In this case, you can see on the descriptive diamond page this picture:
You have 10 days to return the item to us and receive a refund. This is only valid for U.S. customers whose items were delivered in the USA, and the refund is limited to a maximum of two returns per customer.
Items shipped outside of the USA are not refundable.
To return an item to us, please follow this process:
- Contact our customer service department by e-mail or phone and inform them that you wish to return an item.
- Within 2-3 days, we will send you an e-mail with a prepaid insured FedEx label and instructions on how to return the item to us.
- Upon receipt of the package and after checking the items, we will refund the amount of your purchase within 20 days.
Some loose diamonds offer on our website cannot be refunded or exchanged because these stones are not located in USA. Generally, the delay of delivery of these stones is 15 days, you can see on each diamond page this picture:
Special orders or jewelry created from the customer's design are not refundable.
Please note that products that have been engraved (text engraving) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled are not refundable.
If you have lost the gemological certificate, we will charge you $200.00 to replace the certificate; this cost will be deducted from the refund and/or will be billed to you.
5. Warranties
The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. All the diamonds listed on this website are 100% Natural.
Info Diamond shall be under no liability to the customer for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims in respect of:
- (a) any defect arising from wilful damage, negligence, failure to follow instructions for the use of the products (whether oral or in writing);
- (b) misuse or alteration of the products without our approval;
- (c) arising from any Customer Material supplied by you which is incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or any other fault of the Customer and/or
- (d) for Products not manufactured by Info Diamond, in respect of which the customer shall only be entitled to the benefit of any such warranty or guarantee as is given by the manufacturer to Info Diamond.
